Pre-school education programs produce long-term improvements in the pupil success rate. Children who attend quality pre-school classes perform better in later education.
We presently help 15 pre-schools in Mullithivu district where over three hundred children attend regularly. We pay the salary of over 20 teachers and provide school materials for all those schools.
We are renovating some of the badly affected pre-school buildings. We have also built and continue to build new pre-schools.
