We have facilitated a number of vocational courses for young women in vulnerable parts of North Sri Lanka. Many of these women are widows, with young children, who haven’t had the opportunity to gain an earlier education, and whom wouldn’t be able to without financial support.
We have facilitated courses in nursing, dress making, beauty, wedding make up and cake making. We are also planning to support children with special needs to engage in some vocational courses too. This will enable them to have an employable skill for life. Please help us to help them gain an important qualification that can help them throughout their lives.
